Finally something that keeps my trauma kit snug under the carrier without flopping around during movement. The side wing setup under the cummerbund is a clever touch, and it gives me a solid internal mount option that I didn't know I needed.

The strap alignment under my cummerbund is spot on, and it's rigid enough that the trauma kit doesn't flop around when I'm moving. I've used the side wing slot to tuck a spare TQ in there, and it stays put through a full day of drills.
